Frequently asked questions
MCB (Standard Circuit Breaker): Basic overcurrent and short-circuit protection, used for general lighting and power circuits.
GFCI: Focuses on ground leakage protection, specially designed for wet areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and outdoors to prevent electric shock accidents.
AFCI: Detects dangerous arc faults in wires, effectively avoiding electrical fires caused by aging wiring and poor contact, suitable for residential living areas and bedrooms.
Yes. All our American-style circuit breakers comply with North American electrical standards. The products have passed UL489, UL943, UL1699 and CSA certification, fully meeting residential, commercial and industrial electrical installation requirements in the US and Canada.
We provide two mainstream installation types for North American markets:
• Plug-in type: Easy and fast installation, widely used in household standard distribution boxes.
• Bolt-on type: Firm fixed connection, high stability and impact resistance, suitable for commercial and industrial heavy-duty power systems.
Miniature circuit breakers cover 10A–60A, and main circuit breakers support 80A–200A. Conventional poles include 1P, 2P and 3P, which can meet single-phase and three-phase power distribution needs of different scenarios. Custom current specifications are acceptable for bulk orders.
No. They have different protection targets and application scenarios. GFCI is dedicated to anti-electric shock protection in wet environments, while AFCI is dedicated to anti-arc fire protection. We also provide dual-function AFCI+GFCI breakers, which integrate two protection functions and are applicable to new residential standard wiring systems.
